Account Manager Help

• Visit Official Account Manager Home Page | Saginaw Spirit in a web browser or on a mobile device.

• Click “Sign In” in the Upper right-hand corner.

• If you already have a Ticketmaster Account using the email the Spirit have on file for you, use your email and password to login.

• If you do not have a Ticketmaster Account or have one under a different email, click on “New to Ticketmaster, Sign Up” at the bottom of the pop up and fill in the required fields.

• If someone else will be facilitating your season tickets or you would like to change the email address on file for your account, please email [email protected] to have it updated.

• Once you’re in your account, your game tickets will be under My Events.

Please Note: Your tickets can only be accessed through the Account Manager website. They will NOT show up in the Ticketmaster app or their website.

• Go to My Events in Account Manager and select Transfer on the right-hand side.
• Select the Game(s) you’d like to transfer. You can select more than one game.
• Contacts who have previously been sent tickets will be displayed in the recipient list or you may add a new contact.
• If using a mobile device, tickets can be transferred via email or text.
• If using a desktop, tickets can only be transferred via email.
• Click Transfer and a confirmation page will display.
• Your contact will then receive correspondence via email or text to accept the tickets.
• You do have the ability to cancel your transfer, if the person has not accepted the tickets.

Your tickets are SafeTix enabled. This new Ticketmaster program is to prevent fraudulent tickets and has a barcode that refreshes every few seconds.

What this means for you is that you cannot screenshot a ticket and text/email it to someone else. If you are sending your tickets to someone else, you need to go into Account Manager and transfer them.
