Petes Acquire Two Priority Selection Picks From The Erie Otters

Fresh off of signing his two-year contract extension, Petes General Manager Michael Oke announced that the team has acquired two draft picks from the Erie Otters ahead of the 2022 OHL Priority Selection this Friday and Saturday.

In the deal, the Petes acquired a conditional third round pick in 2024 and a second round pick in 2025, both belonging to the Otters, in exchange for North Bay Battalion’s second round pick in this year’s draft.

Rounds 1-3 of the 2022 OHL Priority Selection presented by Real Canadian Superstore will take place this Friday, April 29 at 7:00 pm and rounds 4-15 on Saturday, April 30, at 9:00 am. Petes fans are encouraged to follow live draft coverage on the Petes’ Twitter, Instagram, and website.
