IceDogs Acquire Humphrey and Paris From The Knights
NIAGARA, ON – The Niagara IceDogs have completed a trade with the London Knights, acquiring Ryan Humphrey and Mathieu Paris in exchange for Juan Copeland and two draft picks.

Ryan Humphrey, a 2003 born forward from Northville, Michigan, joins the IceDogs after helping lead the London Knights to an OHL Championship appearance in 2023 and helping guide the Bulldogs to an OHL Championship in 2022. Humphrey has skated in 171 career OHL regular season games and 40 career OHL playoff games, recording a total of 117 points. The 6’0, 174 lbs left-shot forward will be entering his overage season after being drafted in the 8th round, 150th overall by the Bulldogs in 2019.

Mathieu Paris, an Ottawa, ON native was drafted in the 3rd round, 56th overall by London in the 2021 OHL Priority Selection. Paris played the 2021-2022 season in the GOJHL with the St. Thomas Stars, recording 20 goals and 20 assists for 40 points in 39 games, while also skating in four games with the Knights. Paris played 45 games for the Knights this past season recording eight points. The 2005 born forward stands in at 6’0 and 174 lbs.
