IMPORTANT Season Ticket Information
How does the upcoming shortened season (2 less home games) impact Season Ticket Holder payments
Season Ticket Holders who have paid in full
If paid in full by credit card, the refund has been applied to the original credit card on which the payment was made (no action required from your end). If payment was made by debit, cash, or cheque the refund will be made by the City of Sault Ste. Marie via cash. Season Ticket Holders will have to go to the GFL Memorial Gardens box office to pick up their cash refund. Cash refunds will be made available at the box office beginning the week of August 24th.
Season Ticket Holders who are on a credit card or direct withdrawal payment plan
A credit has been applied to your account and will be applied against the balance owing. Therefore, your remaining payments have all been adjusted equally to factor in the 2 less home games (no action required from your end).
Season Ticket Holders who have made a renewal deposit
A credit has been applied to your account and will be applied against the balance owing. Therefore, your new balance due (Wednesday, September 30th) has been prorated to factor in the 2 less home games (no action required from your end).
Season Ticket Holders who have not placed a deposit but are interested in renewing their season tickets
It is not too late for you to renew your season tickets. The following two payment options remain available:
1. Place a $75 deposit (per seat) with remaining balance due Wednesday September 30th.
2. Place a $50 deposit (per seat) and sign up for monthly credit card billing
If you renew prior to Monday August 31st you will be placed on the 4-month plan with payments running from September – December.
The longer you wait to renew your season tickets the more limited your payment options will be and your only option could result in being a lump sum payment.
The GFL Memorial Gardens box office is now open Monday – Thursday from 10am – 2pm.
If you are unable to make it to the Gardens box office during their limited hours please contact Matt DiBerardino to facilitate your renewal:
