Hounds/67s Trade Picks
The Soo Greyhounds Hockey Club announced this afternoon they have completed a deal with the Ottawa 67s involving draft picks going between both clubs prior to this Saturday’s OHL Priority Selection.

The deal is as follows:

TO SSM:
r– Ottawa’s 2nd Round pick in 2011
r– Ottawa’s 4th Round pick in 2011
r

TO OTT:
r– Barrie’s 2nd Round pick in 2010 (41st overall)
r– Sault Ste. Marie’s 7th round pick in 2010 (134th overall)

Following the deal, the Greyhounds now have 14 picks remaining in the 15-round draft. The breakdown sees the Hounds with a selection in every round except the 7th round.

The 2010 OHL Priority Selection begins at 9 a.m. on Saturday morning, with the Hounds holding the 14th selection in the opening round.
