Beginning next season, the Greyhounds will move from our traditional age-based pricing model to a new location-based pricing structure. This updated approach aligns our ticket model more closely with industry standards.
To provide additional context and outline the reasoning behind this decision, please see the message below from Team President and Governor Tim Lukenda.

2026-27 Season Ticket Renewal Pricing:
(all pricing is subject to HST)
Adult – $725
Senior/Student – $655
Child – $400
** As part of our transition to a new location-based pricing structure beginning in 2026–27, current Season Ticket Holders will be grandfathered into the existing age-based renewal rates for this season. This ensures our most loyal supporters continue to receive preferred pricing during the transition. **
Season Ticket Renewals for the 2026–27 season are available starting February 23rd at the GFL Memorial Gardens Box Office and online at https://gflgardens.ca/.
As a returning Season Ticket Holder, you have access to our most discounted renewal rates for the upcoming Ontario Hockey League season, along with priority access to your current seat location.
In addition to preferred pricing, Season Ticket Holder benefits include:
• Priority access to your current seat location
• Playoff ticket priority and exclusive opt-in access
• Ticket exchange policy (Wednesday and Sunday games)
• VIP card benefits
• And more exclusive perks throughout the season
Current Season Ticket Holders will have priority access to renew their existing seat locations until May 22nd.
Any seats not renewed by the deadline will be released and made available for purchase to the general public.
After the May 22nd deadline, all tickets not renewed will revert to the location based pricing structure.
There will be no extensions on the deadline.
A non-refundable per-seat deposit will be required at the time of renewal.
Flexible payment plan options are available, and full details can be found below or by contacting the Box Office.
For the convenience of our Season Ticket Holders, there are multiple payment structures available for your season ticket purchase:
1) Pay-in-Full:
Pay 100% of your account balance at the time of renewal. Or pay a $75 non-refundable deposit and pay in full by August 14th.
2) Payment Plans:
Payment plans are available in two forms: Credit Card and Direct Withdrawal from a Financial Institution. This payment structure ranges anywhere from 3-8 months, depending on the time of purchase.
• Credit Card: Divide payments into installments and spread your payment throughout the year. Payments will be charged directly to your provided credit card on the first business day of each month until the conclusion of your payment plan. Credit card payment plans are done in installments ranging from 3-8 months, depending on the time of purchase.
• Direct Withdrawal from a Financial Institution: Divide payments into installments and spread your payment out throughout the year. Successive payments will be withdrawn from your Financial Institution on the first business day of each month until the conclusion of your payment plan. A void cheque is required to process the monthly payments and must be submitted at the time of purchase.
