Greyhounds Family Zone: A Fun-filled Haven for Sunday Game Days
The Soo Greyhounds Hockey Club is thrilled to announce the launch of the Greyhounds Family Zone, an exciting initiative aimed at enhancing the game-day experience for families attending Sunday games.
This dedicated space will be open during Sunday games from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM, providing families with a unique and entertaining environment at the GFL Memorial Gardens.
The Greyhounds Family Zone is designed to create lasting memories for fans of all ages. Filled with engaging activities, this special area will feature a variety of fun and interactive experiences, courtesy of local vendors who share our commitment to providing wholesome entertainment for families.
To kick off this exciting venture, we are delighted to announce that the inaugural Family Zone activities on Sunday, December 10th, will be presented by none other than Science North.
Known for their innovative and educational approach to interactive science experiences, Science North is set to bring a dynamic array of hands-on activities that will captivate and inspire young minds.
Fans can expect a wide range of activities tailored to different age groups, ensuring that there is something for everyone in the family to enjoy. From mind-bending experiments to fascinating demonstrations, Science North will transform the Greyhounds Family Zone into a hub of discovery and excitement.

The Greyhounds Family Zone is set to become a staple of Sunday game days, providing families with an opportunity to engage with the community, support local vendors, and most importantly, have a blast together.

The Family Zone will be in the multi-purpose room on the event level of GFL Memorial Gardens.
To access the family zone, please take the stairs between section 101 and 102 down to the event level and follow the directional signage to the multi-purpose room.
