3rd Round; Villalta crowned a King
As the third round of the 2017 NHL Entry Draft reached the 10th pick, the 3rd member of the Greyhounds heard their name called.
Netminder MATTHEW VILLALTA was selected with the 10th pick of the round (72nd overall) by the Los Angeles Kings.
Villalta, a native of Godfrey ON is coming off his rookie season with the Hounds.
The 6.02, 170 goaltender appeared in 33 regular season games posting an impressive 25-3-0-0 record to go along with a 2.41 GAA and .918 SV%.
