2022-23 Team Award Winners Announced
Amidst the final weekend of the season, the Soo Greyhounds paused on Saturday Night and took the opportunity to recognize players from this year’s team at their 2022-23 Annual Awards Banquet.
The event was held at Delta Sault Ste. Marie Waterfront in front of team ownership, coaches, staff, players, billets, families, friends and special guests.
In total eleven (11) awards were distributed.
To conclude the night Hounds’ recognized their three overage players; Kalvyn Watson, Mark Duarte and Ryan Thompson with a special video tribute to each followed by speeches from the graduating class.
Special thanks goes to the staff at the Delta staff for their hospitality and outstanding service, along with 705Live for their support of this event. It was greatly appreciated.
