Hounds Announce Ownership Changes
The Soo Greyhounds have announced changes to their ownership structure.
Sam Biasucci and John Vanbiesbrouck are relinquishing their shares in the team. The remaining owners will purchase the shares. Biasucci has also resigned his positions as Team President and Governor.
Dr. Lou Lukenda(pictured), Chairman of the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. George Shunock as team governor. Shunock will be the Greyhound's representative at league governors meetings. Upon consulting with OHL Commissioner David Branch, it was agreed that Dr. Shunock has the respect of the other governors and his previous experience deadling with league matters qualifies him for the position.
Dr. Lukenda would like to express his apprecation to Sam Biasucci and John Vanbiesbrouck for their contributions to the organization.
