From the very beginning the team identified and drafted players with a specific state of mind. Before a game is won, before the game is even played, our team is built on around our core values. The Bulldogs look for players with character and passion; Character on the ice and passion off the ice. Players are encouraged to never think small to always see the bigger picture, if you think you can, you probably can. They are held to a high standard and are taught the fundamentals of our organization; Integrity, Acceptance, Respect, Teamwork , Leadership. This is who we are.
