TRAINING CAMP OPENS SEPTEMBER 1ST
HAMILTON, ONT.– The Hamilton Bulldogs Hockey Club has announced that training camp will open on September 1st, when 46 players report for medical and fitness testing at FirstOntario Centre.
The Players will be broken up into two squads (red and white) and will practice September 1st and scrimmage on September 2nd and 3rd.
The scrimmages at FirstOntario Centre are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. both days and will be open to the public.
The club will play five preseason games. On Saturday, September 5th, the Bulldogs will take on the Peterborough Petes at Dave Andreychuk Mountain Arena at 7:00 p.m., presented by the Hamilton Huskies.On Sunday, September 20th, the ‘Dogs will host the Erie Otters at Central Arena in Burlington at 2:00 p.m., presented by the Burlington Lions Optimist Minor Hockey Association.
The preseason also includes games against Erie (Sept. 6th), Peterborough (Sept. 17th), and Oshawa (Sept. 19th).
Hamilton begins the regular season September 25th as they take on the Knights in London. The home opener is set for September 26th against Oshawa.
