• Children 2 and under are free.
  • Must sit in adult’s lap, child cannot take a seat.
• Children under 13yrs of age must be accompanied by someone 16yrs or older
• Mobile Ticketing
  • All Bulldogs tickets will be delivered digitally and will be scanned from fans’ mobile devices to maintain a contactless fan experience.

• Single-compartment bags (maximum size of 12”x12”x8”) are allowed into Civic Centre. These include purses, clutch purses, tote bags, clear bags, drawstring bags, diaper bags, fanny packs and bags containing medically necessary items.
• Backpacks, multi-compartment laptop bags, duffel bags or any bags over the size requirement are not allowed into the arena.
• All bags may be subjected to random check by a member of the security team

• The Brantford Bulldogs accept cashless payments only.

• Guests at the Brantford Civic Centre needing assistance with ticketing, information, etc. can go to the Box Office or the Fan Services Desk located in the lobby.
• Fan Services also holds the lost and found.

Parking

• There are 18 accessible parking spots in front of the Main Gate and by the ramp.

Seating

• Accessible seating is available at ice level at the attacking end of the rink. The Accessible Seating at the Brantford Civic Centre is designed to accommodate wheelchairs. Companions and guests that do not use wheelchairs, but still require Accessible Seating, will be provided with folding chairs to use in these locations.

 

• Accessible seats may be purchased online through Ticketmaster at ticketmaster.ca, by calling the Ticketing Line at (519) 858-8500 or in person at the Brantford Civic Centre. When navigating on Ticketmaster, click on Filters and toggle on “Show Accessible Seating” and any available seating in those areas will show.

 

• Fans who hold a standard ticket but require an accessible solution and encouraged to contact our ticketing department at (519) 858-8500. Accommodations will be based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Companions

• The Brantford Bulldogs welcomes our fans with disabilities and their companions. All fans entering our venue, including those acting as a support person/companion, are required to hold a valid ticket. Tickets for a companion are subject to standard event pricing. If a support person does not have a ticket to the event, our Ticket Office will work with the fan to allow them to purchase a ticket, where available.

Service Animals

• Service animals for guests with disabilities are permitted at the Brantford Civic Centre. If any accommodation is required, please contact the Ticketing Department by phone (519) 858-8500 or email [email protected]

• Camera Policy
  • Cameras are permitted at the Brantford Civic Centre. However, cameras with detachable lenses are not permitted.

For your safety and comfort, the following items are not permitted inside the Brantford Civic Centre:

• • Aerosol Cans
  • Alcoholic Beverages, Illegal Drugs or Other Drug Paraphernalia
  • Animals (Except Certified Service Animals wearing service vest)
  • Artificial Noise Makers (Air Horns, etc.)
  • Backpacks (of any size)
  • Beach Balls, Helium Balloons or Other Inflatables
  • Glass, Plastic, or Metal Containers
  • Lasers or Laser Pointers
  • Outside Food and Beverage
  • Parcels, Packages, or Items the Contents of Which Are Not Displayed
  • Professional Cameras or Video and Audio Recording Devices
  • Skateboards, Roller Blades or Roller Shoes
  • Sticks or Clubs (Including Signs or Banners Attached to Sticks, or Selfie Sticks)
  • Weapons, Chains, Spikes, Pocket Knives
  • Shirts and Shoes are required to be worn at all times
  • Clothing which displays profanity may be asked to be removed or covered at Management’s discretion
  • Banners are subject to Management Approval

Prohibited items also include any items that in the judgment of facility management pose a safety hazard or diminish the enjoyment of an event by other guests.

Ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our fans, players and staff will always be prioritized. It’s for this reason that while we accept tapping on the glass in moderation; excessive pounding, shaking, climbing or leaning are not allowed. Fans are not to cross the top of the glass at any time, whether to grab the glass, initiate conversation with players/bench staff/officials or take pictures with their cell phone, amongst other reasons.

Those not respecting the warning of staff will be removed from the game and risk forfeiture of tickets to future games.
