BULLDOGS READY FOR 2017 O-H-L PRIORITY SELECTION
The Hamilton Bulldogs are ready to shape the future of the hockey club.
The Bulldogs have 15 picks in the 2017 O-H-L Priority Selection to be held Saturday starting at 9 am.
This will be the third draft for the Bulldogs franchise with the first two seeing a number of players cracking the line-up.
A total of seven Hamilton drafted players wore the Black and Gold during the 2016-17 season.
From the 2016 Draft, Connor Roberts (1st round 3rd overall) proved that he will be a force as his career continues. Riley McCourt (3rd round 45th overall) played nine games for the Bulldogs and showed he has the potential to be a regular.
From the 2015 Draft, Matthew Strome (1st round 8th overall) led the Bulldogs in scoring this past season with 62 points including 34 goals. Other regulars on the team included Reilly Webb (2nd round 33rd overall), Mackenzie Entwistle (3rd round pick 40th overall), Zachary Jackson (4th round 76th overall) and Isaac Nurse (11th round 208th overall).
