Donation Requests

The Newfoundland Regiment is proud to support communities and organizations across our province. We receive a high number of donation requests from dedicated fans, charities, and community groups, and we’re honoured by the passion and support shown for the team. While we would love to contribute to every cause, the volume of requests we receive makes that impossible. To ensure fairness and consistency, we’ve developed the following guidelines for donation requests.

Making a Request

All donation requests must be submitted at least three weeks prior to your event.
One request per organization per year will be considered.
Incomplete forms or missing information may delay or prevent processing.
If your request is approved, you will be contacted by email or phone.
Donations must be picked up from the Newfoundland Regiment business office. We are unable to ship donations at this time.
All applicants must complete the appropriate Donation Request Form – Ticket, Event or Monetary Request below.
