Titan Notes:
The Titan enter today’s game on a three-game winning streak and are 8-1-1-0 in their last 10 games. Last game for Acadie-Bathurst was Monday afternoon when they defeated the Charlottetown Islanders 5-4 in overtime.
Several players will be missing from the lineup this afternoon for various reasons. Forwards Jacob Melanson, Dylan Andrews, and Cameron MacLean along with defenceman Ty Higgins will be unavailable due to COVID-19 protocols while forward Logan Chisholm remains sidelined with an upper-body injury.
With so many players out, the Titan have recalled forwards Philippe Collette and Cole Young from their respective teams. Collette has 32 points in 22 games with the Moncton Flyers this season and Young has two points in 14 games with the South Shore Lumberjacks in the MHL.
Sea Dogs Notes:
Saint John come to town for the third time this season in the midst of a two-goal losing skid. The Sea Dogs fell to the Halifax Mooseheads on Thursday night 6-2 on the road. In their last 10 games they’re 6-4-0-0.
The Sea Dogs will likely be without forward Marshall Lessard, who has been dealing with an injury, and Nicholas Blagden, who is serving a 10-game suspension related to a staged fight.
