The Mooseheads came back from a 3-1 second period deficit to secure 2 points Saturday night with a 5-3 win in Saint John versus the Sea Dogs.
Timo Meier sccored the winner with a little over 4 minutes to play and Nik Ehlers was in on all 5 goals in the Moose win. Ehlers added a goal and 4 assists while Darcy Ashley scored a pair of goals and added a pair of assists. Luca Ciampini had a solid night with a goal and 2 assists as well. Kevin Darveau picked up the win making 16 saves. The Moose outshot the Dogs 35-19.
The Moose will now travel to Charlottetown Wednesday to take on the Islanders. The Herd will be back on home ice Friday, January 10th when they take on the Moncton Wildcats at the Metro Centre.
