Mooseheads-Eagles Preseason Matchup Cancelled

In light of the arrival of Hurricane Lee in Nova Scotia, and with the safety of its players, staff, and fans in mind, the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League has announced the cancellation of Friday’s preseason game #55 between the Halifax Mooseheads and Cape Breton Eagles.

This game will not be rescheduled.

Your Halifax Mooseheads are set to battle the Charlottetown Islanders on Friday, September 22nd in the regular season Home Opener at Scotiabank Centre. The 30th anniversary season begins with a bang as the Herd will retire the number 22 jersey of Nathan MacKinnon as part of the festivities. Individual Tickets for all 34 Mooseheads home games are on sale now at Ticketmaster.ca.
