2025 WHL Playoffs: Clinching Scenarios – Sunday, March 9

Every postseason berth in the Eastern Conference could be locked down by Sunday night.

The Swift Current Broncos can clinch a playoff berth with:

• Any Swift Current win against Edmonton

Both the Broncos (33-26-1-1) and Oil Kings (34-24-2-2) are 6-4-0-0 in their last 10 games and are coming off of wins on Friday and Saturday night, respectively.

Sunday marks the fourth and final meeting of the regular season between the two teams. Swift Current holds a 2-1-0-0 advantage after a 6-3 win on January 16.

Seven Eastern Conference teams, including Edmonton, have already qualified for the 2025 WHL Playoffs presented by Nutrien.

The Broncos will battle the Oil Kings at 4:00 p.m. MST at Rogers Place.
