2025-26 CHL Top-10 Rankings presented by Delta Hotels by Marriott: Week 13
The Canadian Hockey League (CHL) today unveiled its Week 13 edition of the CHL Top-10 Rankings presented by Delta Hotels by Marriott for the 2025-26 season.
Everett has seized the No. 1 spot in the CHL Top-10 Rankings for the first time this season, as the Silvertips (25-3-2-1) have surged to the top on the strength of a five-game winning streak — and nine victories in their last 10 outings — while becoming the CHL’s first club to hit the 25-win mark in 2025-26. Brantford (23-3-4-1) slides to No. 2 after a 2-1-0 week ended its ten-week run at No. 1, while the Prince Albert Raiders (22-4-4-0) continue their ascent back into the top three at No. 3, riding a five-game win streak that included a perfect 3-0-0 week and reinforced by Monday’s addition of Dallas Stars prospect Brandon Gorzynski from Calgary.
Elsewhere, the climb continues for a trio of clubs gaining steam, led by the Chicoutimi Saguenéens (20-5-3-2), who move up to No. 4 after earning five of a possible six points last week and extending their point streak to six games (4-0-2-0). The Flint Firebirds (22-7-2-2) are trending up as well, jumping back into eighth after collecting five of six points (2-0-1-0) behind explosive offence and steady goaltending from Mason Vaccari, who now shares the CHL lead with 18 wins. And rounding out the risers, the defending WHL champion Medicine Hat Tigers (21-6-3-2) are the newest entry in the Rankings at No. 9, surging into the Top 10 on a 13-game point streak and an 11-0-1-1 run since Nov. 14 — a stretch highlighted by captain Bryce Pickford and a Tigers group that hasn’t lost in regulation over the last month.

CHL Top-10 Rankings – Week 13
1. Everett Silvertips (WHL): Riding a five-game winning streak and having captured nine of their last 10 outings, the Everett Silvertips (25-3-2-1) have surged into the No. 1 spot of the CHL Top-10 Rankings for the first time this season, going a perfect 2-0-0-0 last week with a 6-4 win over Spokane before a 4-1 road victory in Wenatchee. The Silvertips are the first team to reach 25 wins in 2025-26 and boast the top points percentage across both the WHL and CHL at .855, powered in part by their dynamic Finnish duo of Julius Miettinen (18G-24A in 27 GP) and Matias Vanhanen (7G-37A in 31 GP), who each recorded four points across the two wins and were both named to Finland’s roster for the 2026 World Juniors. Miettinen has seven points (4G-3A) over his last three games to sit tied for fifth in WHL scoring (42 points), while Vanhanen is tied for third with 44 points and has points in three of his last four contests. Everett also showcased its depth in the crease as 19-year-old Anders Miller earned wins in relief of Raiden LeGall against Spokane and then stopped 25 shots in Wenatchee for his fourth straight victory. This week, with Carter Bear still at Team Canada’s National Junior Team camp, Everett will look to extend its run to seven straight when it hosts the Wenatchee Wild and Prince George Cougars before the holiday break.
Games this week: vs. Wenatchee (Dec. 17), vs. Prince George (Dec. 19)
2. Brantford Bulldogs (OHL): Despite winning two of three contests last week, the Brantford Blldogs (23-3-4-1) slipped one spot to No. 2 in this week’s CHL Top-10 Rankings — ending their run of ten straight weeks at No. 1 and marking their first time outside the top position since Oct. 6. Brantford opened the week with an 8-4 road win over the Erie Otters, fell 5-3 in Peterborough, and then returned home to blank the London Knights 2-0, while still leading the OHL with an .823 points percentage and sitting tied for first in league wins (23) alongside the No. 6-ranked Ottawa 67’s. The Bulldogs have also been shorthanded after Thursday’s game in Erie with seven players away at 2026 World Juniors camps — Marek Vanacker, Jett Luchanko, Ben Danford, Jake O’Brien, Adam Benak, Vladimir Dravecky, and Adam Jiricek — but 2026 NHL Draft prospect Caleb Malhotra (15G-27A in 30 GP) stepped up with a team-high five points (2G-3A) over three games to extend his point streak to five, while 19-year-old goaltender David Egorov backstopped both wins by stopping 35 shots in Erie and turning in a stellar 39-save shutout against London. This week, Brantford will again lean on Malhotra and Egorov as it hits the road for matchups in Kingston and Ottawa ahead of the holiday break.
Games this week: @ Kingston (Dec. 19), @ Ottawa (Dec. 20)
3. Prince Albert Raiders (WHL): Winners of five straight games and coming off a perfect 3-0-0-0 week, the Prince Albert Raiders (22-4-4-0) have climbed back into the top three of the CHL Top-10 Rankings — their third time landing in the top three over the last month — as their surge has also propelled them past Edmonton in both the rankings and the WHL standings, where they now sit atop the WHL’s Eastern Conference. Prince Albert opened the week with a road win in Swift Current (7-4), returned to the Art Hauser Centre to handle the Lethbridge Hurricanes (5-1), and then capped things off with another road victory in Saskatoon (5-4). The team was led by 20-year-old Aiden Oiring (13G-19A in 30 GP) and top 2026 NHL Draft prospect Daxon Rudolph (13G-16A in 30 GP), who each posted a team-high five points (3G-2A) across the three victories. Oiring paces the Raiders with 32 points in 2025-26 and has points in four of his last five games, while Rudolph has stayed red-hot since returning from the 2025 CHL USA Prospects Challenge — collecting points in seven of nine games, riding a six-game point streak (6G-4A) and a five-game goal streak, as he now sits third among defenceman in WHL goal scoring with 13. The Raiders also bolstered their lineup Monday by acquiring Dallas Stars prospect Brandon Gorzynski (13G-16A in 27 GP) from the Calgary Hitmen, as the Scottsdale, AZ product has enjoyed a strong start to his third WHL season with 29 points (13G-16A) in 27 games and ranked second on Calgary’s scoring list at the time of the deal. This week, Prince Albert will look to keep rolling when it visits Regina before hosting the 2026 Memorial Cup host Kelowna Rockets, ahead of the holiday break.
Games this week: @ Regina (Dec. 17), vs. Kelowna (Dec. 19)
4. Chicoutimi Saguenéens (QMJHL): Earning five of a possible six points last week and extending their point streak to six games (4-0-2-0), the Chicoutimi Saguenéens (20-5-3-2) have moved up one spot to No. 4 in this week’s CHL Top-10 Rankings. The Saguenéens opened the week with a 6-5 overtime loss to the Saint John Sea Dogs before bouncing back with a pair of wins — edging Shawinigan 4-3 and rolling past Drummondville 6-2 — to keep pace atop the QMJHL standings, where they are tied with the No. 6-ranked Moncton Wildcats at 45 points and a .750 points percentage (despite sitting one win back, 21-20). Offensively, 20-year-old Emmanuel Vermette (12G-18A in 30 GP) and Anaheim Ducks prospect Maxim Massé (26G-19A in 29 GP) drove the bus with seven points apiece across the three games, with Massé riding a six-game goal streak (11 goals in that span) to reach a QMJHL-leading 26 goals — tied for the CHL lead with Brantford’s Marek Vanacker — while Vermette has points in four straight and recorded multi-point efforts in each of Chicoutimi’s three outings last week. The Saguenéens will close out the pre-holiday slate with a pair of home dates against the Rimouski Océanic at the Centre Georges-Vézina.
Games this week: vs. Rimouski (Dec. 17), vs. Rimouski (Dec. 18)
5. Edmonton Oil Kings (WHL): After dropping their lone game of the week, a 4-2 home loss to the Brandon Wheat Kings, the Edmonton Oil Kings (21-7-2-1) slipped a couple of spots to No. 5 in this week’s CHL Top-10 Rankings, though they remain among the league’s top five for a fourth straight week. Edmonton is 6-3-1-0 over its last 10 contests and now trails both the No. 3-ranked Prince Albert Raiders and the No. 9-ranked Medicine Hat Tigers in the WHL’s Eastern Conference standings, with Sunday’s setback coming despite the Oil Kings holding a 34-19 edge in shots. Toronto Maple Leafs prospect Miroslav Holinka (15G-26A in 28 GP) scored one of Edmonton’s two goals as he closes in on last season’s career highs (19 goals, 45 points) and continues a strong stretch since Nov. 7, collecting points in 10 of his last 12 games (6G-13A). Edmonton was also shorthanded on the weekend, with defenceman Ethan MacKenzie and Czech forwards Adam Jecho and Max Curran away at their respective national team camps ahead of the 2026 World Juniors, and the Oil Kings will look to respond — still without that trio — when they visit the Lethbridge Hurricanes for their final game before the holiday break.
Game this week: @ Lethbridge (Dec. 16)
6. Ottawa 67’s (OHL): A perfect 2-0-0-0 week has kept the Ottawa 67’s (23-7-1-1) steady at No. 6 in the latest CHL Top-10 Rankings, as their current four-game winning streak has pulled them within three points of the No. 2-ranked Brantford Bulldogs while the two clubs share the OHL lead with 23 wins apiece. Ottawa continues to set the standard defensively, allowing just 2.37 goals per game in 2025-26 — best in the OHL and tops across the CHL — and has won eight of its last 10 contests while suffering only two losses in 13 games on home ice at TD Place in 2025-26. Over the past seven days, the 67’s earned a 3-1 road win in Oshawa before edging Windsor 2-1 at home, with 19-year-old Jasper Kuhta (17G-13A in 32 GP) scoring in both victories to move within one goal of team leader Cooper Foster, while 2026 NHL Draft prospect Thomas Vandenberg (11G-9A in 23 GP) added two points and continues to produce at nearly a point-per-game clip. Ottawa will close out the pre-holiday slate at TD Place with matchups against the Peterborough Petes and Brantford in a pair of home games that could have major implications atop the OHL standings.
Games this week: vs. Peterborough (Dec. 19), vs. Brantford (Dec. 20)
7. Moncton Wildcats (QMJHL): With a pair of wins over the last seven days, the Moncton Wildcats (21-6-2-1) held firm at No. 7 in this week’s CHL Top-10 Rankings for a second straight week, continuing a torrid run in which they’ve earned points in 11 consecutive games (10-0-0-1) and built a QMJHL-leading 21 victories in 2025-26. Moncton remains tied atop the league standings with the Chicoutimi Saguenéens at 45 points and a .750 points percentage, and last week’s success came via a 6-1 win over the Cape Breton Eagles followed by a 5-1 home victory against the Halifax Mooseheads. Offensively, the Wildcats got contributions throughout the lineup as seven different scorers recorded three points over the two wins, including Utah Mammoth prospect Caleb Desnoyers (6G-19A), who departed for Canada’s National Junior Team camp with 25 points in 17 games and a 10-game point streak. In goal, Detroit Red Wings prospect Rudy Guimond delivered again with wins in both outings (25 saves vs. Cape Breton, 29 vs. Halifax) and continues to lead the QMJHL with 18 wins — a total tied for first across the CHL — while also ranking among the CHL’s top three goaltenders in both goals-against average (2.23) and save percentage (.927). Meanwhile, American defenceman Tommy Bleyl (4G-28A in 29 GP) rebounded from a snapped eight-game point streak by posting points in both victories to reach 32 points on the season. The Wildcats will close out their pre-holiday schedule at the Avenir Centre against the Newfoundland Regiment and Cape Breton.
Games this week: vs. Newfoundland (Dec. 17), vs. Cape Breton (Dec. 18)
8. Flint Firebirds (OHL): Earning five of a possible six points by going 2-0-1-0 last week, the Flint Firebirds (22-7-2-2) have climbed back into eighth in the CHL Top-10 Rankings after convincing home wins over Guelph (9-1) and Kitchener (4-1) before a lone setback, a 3-2 overtime loss to the Sarnia Sting. Flint has now collected points in five straight games (3-0-1-1) and sits just three points back of the No. 2-ranked Brantford Bulldogs atop the OHL standings, while their 22 wins trail OHL co-leaders Ottawa and Brantford (23) by just one. The Firebirds were fueled by New York Rangers prospect Nathan Aspinall (22G-26A in 30 GP) and Anaheim Ducks prospect Darels Uljanskis (3G-10A in 13 GP), who each piled up six points across the week, with Aspinall registering four goals and two assists to lead the OHL with 48 points (second across the CHL) while sitting second in league goal scoring with 22, and Uljanskis continuing his strong run with points in four of his last six outings. In the crease, overage netminder Mason Vaccari capped a stellar week by being named OHL Goaltender of the Week for the second time this season after going 2-0 with a 1.00 GAA and .967 save percentage, highlighted by a 26-save effort against Guelph and a 32-save first-star performance versus Kitchener, as he now shares the CHL lead with 18 wins in 2025-26. Flint will look to keep its momentum rolling with road games in Niagara and Erie before the holiday break.
Games this week: @ Niagara (Dec. 19), @ Erie (Dec. 20)
9. Medicine Hat Tigers (WHL): Currently riding a 13-game point streak and having not lost in regulation over the last month, the defending WHL champion Medicine Hat Tigers (21-6-3-2) have surged into the CHL Top-10 Rankings for the first time in 2025-26. Since Nov. 14, the Tigers are 11-0-1-1, a run that has vaulted them to second in the WHL’s Eastern Conference — just one point back of the No. 3-ranked Prince Albert Raiders — while their +42 goal differential ranks second in the WHL behind only the No. 1-ranked Everett Silvertips (+57). Medicine Hat went 2-0-0-0 last week at Co-op Place, earning a 6-5 overtime win over Moose Jaw before erupting for a 10-2 victory against Swift Current. The team has been led by captain and Montreal Canadiens prospect Bryce Pickford (24G-18A in 30 GP). The 19-year-old defenceman has authored five straight multi-goal games, piled up 11 goals over that five-game stretch (12 over his last seven), and now leads all WHL skaters with 24 goals. Fellow Tigers standout Liam Ruck (13G-26A in 32 GP), a top 2026 NHL Draft prospect, has been just as dangerous in December with 13 points (4G-9A) in five games — second in WHL scoring this month, trailing only Pickford (14 points) — while riding a five-game point streak that includes four multi-point performances. Medicine Hat will close out its four-game homestand Wednesday against the Brandon Wheat Kings before the holiday break.
Games this week: vs. Brandon (Dec. 17)
10. Blainville-Boisbriand Armada (QMJHL): After a split in their two-game set against the Baie-Comeau Drakkar last week, the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada (18-7-4-0) slipped to No. 10 in this week’s CHL Top-10 Rankings — their lowest position of the 2025-26 season. Hosting the QMJHL’s last-place Drakkar, the Armada edged out a 4-3 win Friday before falling 4-1 the following night, leaving them with six wins over their last 10 games and just one point up on both the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies and Drummondville Voltigeurs atop the QMJHL’s Western Conference race. Blainville-Boisbriand’s 18 victories rank third in the QMJHL and are tied with Rouyn-Noranda and Drummondville, while key contributors continued to produce, led by 19-year-old Matt Gosselin (16G-12A in 29 GP), who notched three points (1G-2A) in the win and has multi-point games in three of his last five outings. In goal, Montreal Canadiens prospect Arseni Radkov made 25 saves to earn the victory and now has wins in four of his last five starts, while St. Louis Blues prospect Justin Carbonneau (24G-11A in 25 GP) was one of just two Armada skaters to record a point in both games and remains among the QMJHL’s top goal scorers, sitting third with 24. The Armada will look to steady themselves this week against the Gatineau Olympiques and Rouyn-Noranda Huskies ahead of the holiday break.
Games this week: @ Gatineau (Dec. 17), vs. Rouyn-Noranda (Dec. 18
