Register for 2010 Hockey Schools Now!

If you have a young hockey player in your family, make sure you sign them up for the 2010 Portland Winterhawks Hockey Schools. For five days, your child will get instruction from Winterhawks coaches, current and former NHL players and Winterhawks alumni. Hockey players ages 6 – 15 are welcome at the Hockey Schools.

Campers will get a complete hockey experience at the camps – power skating lessons, video sessions, dryland training and of course on-ice drills, lessons and scrimmages.

Coaches will include the Winterhawks’ current coaching staff: GM & Head Coach Mike Johnston, Assistant GM & Assistant Coach Travis Green and Assistant Coach Kyle Gustafson. Campers will also learn from former Winterhawk and current Buffalo Sabres forward Paul Gaustad. Goalies will get top-notch instruction from Tyler Love, goaltending coach for both the Winterhawks and the St. Louis Blues, and former Minnesota Wild goalie Derek Gustafson.
