Game Day Preview: Game 54 vs Prince Albert

Medicine Hat, AB – It’s a pair of games at Co-op Place this weekend for the Medicine Hat Tigers (32-17-3-1) as they’ll welcome the Prince Albert Raiders (24-25-3-0) Friday night.

It’s the third of four meetings this season between the Tigers & Raiders with both teams picking up wins on their respective home rinks as the Tigers picked up a 6-2 win on December 2, 2023 while the Raiders were winners back at the Art Hauser Centre February 3 by a 3-2 count.

Medicine Hat finds themselves in a familiar spot as they’ve been atop the Central Division standings since October 28, 2023 and four points clear of the Red Deer Rebels chasing them in second. The Tigers are 18-6-2-0 at home, along with being winners of two straight including Tuesday’s 5-4 win in Regina.

Prince Albert sits 7th going into weekend action in the Eastern Conference putting them head to head with the Tigers if the playoffs started today.
