Oct. 11 Highlights: Kelowna 8, at T-Birds 3

The Kelowna Rockets defeated the Seattle Thunderbirds 8-3 Friday at accesso ShoWare Center. Mathew Wedman, Simon Kubicek, and Keltie Jeri-Leon scored for the T-Birds. Roddy Ross had 28 saves and Blake Lyda had three saves. Nolan Foote scored twice for Kelowna and Alex Swetlikoff, Pavel Novak, Kaedan Korczak, Dillon Hamaliuk, Mark Liwiski and Michael Farren each scored. Roman Basran had 28 saves.
