EVT 7 – TC 0 (3-23-21): – Ethan Regnier buried a pair of goals and added an assist, Cole Fonstad notched a trio of assists and Dustin Wolf earned his second straight shutout in 18 saves to help the Everett Silvertips rout the Tri-City Americans in a 7-0 victory on Sunday, in WHL action at Toyota Center. The Silvertips jumped out to a 2-0 start in WHL play while ripping off three goals each in the first and second periods and going 2-of-4 on the power play. The Tips have won five straight over Tri-City, outscoring them in the streak at 26-1.

1) HUNGRY LIKE THE WOLF: Tips goaltender Dustin Wolf ranks among the WHL leaders in the following categories: 1st in goals against average (0.00), 1st in save percentage (1.00), 1st in shutouts (2) … he has 22 career shutouts, moving into 2nd on the WHL and Silvertips all-time list, ahead of Leland Irving and Seattle’s Bryan Bridges.
