Game notes: The Kelowna Rockets (31-28-3-1, 66 pts) are one of the hottest teams in the WHL. They ride an eight-game point streak into this weekend, posting a 7-0-0-1 record over the course of that stretch. Washington Capitals prospect Andrew Cristall is the reigning WHL Player of the Week, having notched a seven-point game Friday night against the Kamloops Blazers. The Silvertips (41-18-2-3, 87 pts) are on an eight-game point streak of their own, with six wins during that span. Everett is spurred on by Julius Miettinen, who has posted six consecutive multi-point performances since Feb. 18.
