The Everett Silvertips have two home games this weekend, including Mascot Mania on Sunday! Here’s what you need to know.

Silvertips vs Spokane Chiefs – Friday, 2/2

Game notes: The Silvertips currently sit atop the Western Conference at 32-15-1-2 (67 pts). They have won 10 of their last 11, with points in 11 of their last 12. Most recently, they took a 7-4 win over Spokane on Tuesday night followed by an 8-2 victory against Tri-City on Wednesday. The Chiefs (17-23-4-0, 38 pts) currently sit eighth in the conference. Everett is 3-1 against Spokane this season, averaging 8 goals-per-game in their three victories. The Silvertips are 18-4-1 at Angel of the Winds Arena, the second-best home point percentage in the league.

Game notes: Everett picked up a 7-3 win in Wenatchee in their most recent clash with the Wild, though things got a bit heated at the conclusion of the game as a series of fights broke out. The Silvertips are 2-1-1 against Wenatchee this season. The Wild (27-16-4-0, 58 pts) hold the fourth seed in the Western Conference standings. Be sure to stay in your seat during the first intermission, as Lincoln and the best mascots in the PNW take the ice for an exhibition game!
