ALUMNI REPORT: Wolf, Christiansen named AHL All-Stars & more
NHL
- Carter Hart (2013-18) has picked up points in five of his last six starts for the Philadelphia Flyers, with his best performance coming on Jan. 28 in a 40-save shutout win over the Winnipeg Jets. Hart is now 16-15-9 this season with a 2.78 goals-against average and a .913 save percentage.

- Connor Dewar (2015-19) remains an invaluable part of the Minnesota Wild’s bottom-six, as the Wild currently sit tied for the final Wild Card spot in the NHL playoff picture. The Pitbull logged a two-assist game on Jan. 17 in Washington, D.C., giving him five goals and eight assists in 51 total games played.
- The Florida Panthers have crept back into playoff contention, and Radko Gudas (2009-10) is a big reason why. The Butcher has three assists in his last 10 games, while also ranking seventh in the NHL amongst all skaters in hits.
AHL
- Three Silvertips represented their respective clubs at the AHL All-Star Classic on Feb. 5 and 6. Calgary Wranglers head coach Mitch Love (2003-05) was joined by his netminder Dustin Wolf (2017-21), with Wolf taking home All-Star Game MVP honors. Wolf leads the AHL in wins (27) and shutouts (4) while also ranking second in goals-against average (2.15) and save percentage (.930). Love, meanwhile, has his team once more atop the Pacific Division Standings with 68 points.

- Jake Christiansen (2015-20) also joined Wolf and Love at the AHL All-Star Classic. Christiansen has four goals and 18 points in 27 appearances with the Cleveland Monsters this season, while also having played in 18 NHL games with the Columbus Blue Jackets this season.
- Cole Fonstad (2019-21) has points in six of his last seven games as his strong sophomore season continues. The Columbus Blue Jackets prospect has 13 goals and 11 assists in 43 games played this year, even recording his first professional hat trick on Dec. 22 at home against the Utica Comets.
- Ronan Seeley (2018-22) netted his first professional goal on Jan. 28 at home against the Rockford Ice Hogs. He followed that up with two more goals the following night vs Grand Rapids. With three assists notched in his last two games, Seeley now has 14 points in 42 games in his first AHL season in the Carolina Hurricanes system.

- Noah Juulsen (2013-17) saw a four-game point streak come to an end on Feb. 11, but he has been a dynamic presence on the Abbotsford Canucks’ back end this season. With points in seven of his last 12 games played, Juulsen has 20 points in 45 outings this year, with two NHL games played back in October as well.
- Byron Froese (2008-10) has nine multi-point performances for the Henderson Silver Knights this season, with three of them coming in a four-game stretch from Jan. 4 to Jan. 11. He earned a seven-game call-up to the Vegas Golden Knights in mid-January, earning a goal and an assist in his stint. He has since been returned to Henderson, where he ranks third on the team in scoring with 27 points in 39 games.
- Garrett Pilon (2017-18) has been red-hot since the turn of the calendar year. He has four goals and six assists in his last 13 games with the Hershey Bears (Washington Capitals affiliate), giving him 18 points in 28 games on the campaign. His teammate Riley Sutter (2015-19) logged a goal and an assist on Feb. 3, bringing his total to eight points in 44 games this season.
- Bryce Kindopp (2016-20) scored in back-to-back nights on Jan. 27 and 28 for the San Diego Gulls (Anaheim Ducks affiliate). He has four goals and two assists in 46 games this year.
- Gage Goncalves (2018-21) netted a goal and an assist on Feb. 3 for the Syracuse Crunch (Tampa Bay Lightning affiliate), giving him nine multi-point performances in 45 games this year. The former second-round pick in 2020 is fifth on the team in scoring with nine goals and 32 points.
ECHL
- Alex Swetlikoff (2021-22) netted his first pro hat trick on Jan. 26 for the Savannah Ghost Pirates (Vegas Golden Knights affiliate). Swetlikoff is fourth on the team in scoring with 12 goals and 16 assists in 43 games as a rookie this season.

- Orrin Centazzo (2016-18) and the Newfoundland Growlers (Toronto Maple Leafs affiliate) sit atop the North Division standings, with Centazzo boasting 18 goals and 22 assists for 40 points in 34 appearances.
- Shane Harper (2005-10) continues to be a point-per-game player for the Adirondack Thunder (New Jersey Devils affiliate) with 34 points in 34 games.
- Zack Andrusiak (2018-19) is second on the Cincinnati Cyclones (Buffalo Sabres affiliate) in scoring with 45 points in 39 games.
USPORTS
- Jonny Lambos (2021-22) posted two assists on Saturday, Feb. 11, giving him eight assists in 21 games played for the University of British Columbia.
