The Victoria Royals Foundation Donates $93,500 to Local Organizations & Charities
Victoria B.C.,- The Victoria Royals Foundation is proud to share that with the support of our fans and community, the Foundation donated over $93,500 to various charities and local organizations throughout Vancouver Island.
“Supporting our community is central to the Victoria Royals Foundation’s mission,” said Michelle Lee, Foundation Chair. “We’re proud to contribute to local organizations whose work makes a meaningful difference every day. Together, we’re helping strengthen the communities that support us and create a lasting impact across Greater Victoria”.
The 50/50 draw, held at every Victoria Royals home game, is one of the Foundation’s largest fundraising initiatives and a key tool in supporting local community partners. This year’s contributions benefited dozens of local charities, including but not limited to: Canadian Cancer Society, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Victoria Capital Region, Island Kids Cancer Society, Canadian National Institute for the Blind, KidSport Victoria, Mustard Seed, and more. Every 50/50 ticket purchased throughout the 2025-2026 season directly supported local community initiatives.
