Royals Set For Opening Weekend
Langley, BC – The wait is finally over as the 2023-24 WHL Regular Season has arrived. The Royals are set to open up the season on the road with a pair of games against Western Conference opponents.
Game #1 – Victoria @ Vancouver
Puck Drop – 7:00PM
Broadcast – CHL TV | The Zone @ 91-3
They will kick off the weekend this evening in Langley as they meet with the Vancouver Giants for the first of eight meetings on the season.
The two teams met once during pre-season which saw the Royals come out victorious in a high-scoring affair which saw them walk away with a 5-4 shootout decision back on September 10th.

Victoria will make their way south of the border following the conclusion of the game at the Langley Events Centre as they gear up for a meeting with the Everett Silvertips.
It will be the first game of the season for the Silvertips as they have the night off on Friday before concluding the weekend against Spokane on Sunday.
Victoria and Everett will meet four times this season with each team playing host twice.
