Kent, WA – The Victoria Royals and Seattle Thunderbirds faced off at the ShoWare Center tonight in Kent. Teydon Trembecky had two goals, while Cosmo Wilson and Cole Reschny each had two assists in the Royals 4-1 win.
Simon Lovsin put the Thunderbirds on the board first at 13:20 of the first frame with a shorthanded goal. Seattle held the 1-0 lead after 20 minutes of play.
Logan Pickford tied the game for the Royals at 9:37 of the second period, assisted by Keaton Verhoeff and Cosmo Wilson. Pickford’s goal would be the lone marker of the frame, having the two teams enter the intermission deadlocked at one.
Teydon Trembecky gave the Royals the lead at 4:43 of the third period, assisted by Cole Reschny. Brandon Lisowsky followed, scoring his first goal as a member of the Royals at 8:14, assisted by Seth Fryer, to extend the Royals lead to two. Teydon Trembecky scored his second goal of the night at the 14:13 mark of the period, assisted by Cole Reschny and Cosmo Wilson.
