Victoria, B.C. – The Royals and Silvertips met for the fourth time this season in a Family Day matinee.
The Silvertips got on the board first with a goal from Eric Jamieson at 13:49 of the opening frame. Everett took the 1-0 lead into the first intermission.
Everett extended their lead to two on Eric Jamieson’s second goal of the game which came on a power play. Teydon Trembecky cut the Silvertips’ lead in half with his 36th goal of the season, assisted by Cole Reschny and Nate Misskey. The Royals trailed the Silvertips 2-1 after 40 minutes of play.
Brandon Lisowsky evened the score at two on an unassisted goal at 10:10 of the third period. The Silvertips answered back with Eric Jamieson’s third goal of the game to regain the lead.
The Royals fell to the Silvertips 3-2.
