Ticket update from the Kelowna Rockets 3/27/20

Dear Rocket Fans,

On Monday, March 23rd 2020, the Western Hockey League Board of Governors, in conjunction with the Canadian Hockey League Executive voted to cancel the 2020 WHL Playoffs and the 2020 Memorial Cup Championship Tournament. The tournament was slated to be held in Kelowna, BC from May 22-31, 2020.

While we are disappointed the 2019-2020 Kelowna Rockets will not be able to host the tournament, we fully support the socially responsible decision to prioritize health, safety and the welfare of the entire CHL Community.

On Tuesday, March 31, 2020, you will receive further information from our ticketing department regarding your credit and full refund options.

The goal of the Kelowna Rockets Organization is to provide detailed, complete and most importantly, accurate ticketing to our fans. This becomes even more important in an environment where the news and Government regulations change daily. This past Monday’s announcement provides the finality needed to communicate reliable and complete information to each fan regarding your tickets for the now cancelled remainder of the regular season, playoffs and Memorial Cup.

As you can imagine, there are a lot of moving parts that the Rockets and their partners at Select Your Tickets are working through. This process will take some time however, rest assured we will look after everyone as quick as possible.
