Rocket Recap: Royals snap Rockets win streak
The Victoria Royals downed the Kelowna Rockets 1-0 Wednesday night at Prospera Place, snapping the Rockets two-game win streak.
Prior to the game, Kelowna honoured Rockets captain Nolan Foote for helping Team Canada capture gold at the 2020 World Juniors.

Shane Farkas picked up his second shutout of the season, stopping all 29 shots Kelowna fired on him.
Carson Miller (7) scored the lone goal of the game for Victoria 3:01 into the game. Brandon Cutler’s initial shot was stopped by Rockets netminder Roman Basran, but the rebound popped out to an incoming Miller in front of the net.
Basran turned aside 25 of the 26 shots he faced. The Rockets outshot the Royals 29-26.
Kelowna was 0-for-4 on the powerplay, the Royals were 0-for-5 with the man advantage.
The Rockets record is now 21-15-1-2.
