Payworks Recap: Poole pushes Rockets past Royals in overtime
The Kelowna Rockets snapped their two-game winless streak with a come from behind 5-4 overtime win over the Victoria Royals on Saturday night at Prospera Place.
Rockets leading scorer Pavel Novak lead the charge, netting his second career Western Hockey League hat-trick. Jake Poole saved the day for Kelowna in overtime, scoring his first career game-winning goal with 18 seconds to go in extra time.

Colby Knight picked up his second win of the season, turning aside 20 shots.
The Rockets power play was one-for-three on the night, while the penalty kill was one-for-two.
Kelowna outshot Victoria 42 t0 24.
Andrew Cristall and Elias Carmichael were the Rockets scratches.
The Rockets record moves to 3-3-0-0.
