Rebels Add Brandon Hagel
RED DEER, AB – Brent Sutter, General Manager/Head Coach of the Red Deer Rebels Hockey Club, announced today Brandon Hagel has signed a standard player’s agreement and will join the team immediately.
Hagel is a 17-year old (1998 born) forward, and was playing with the Whitecourt Wolverines of the Alberta Junior Hockey League. He had 3 points (1-2-3) in 2 games with the Wolverines this season.
Last year, Hagel played with Fort Saskatchewan of the Alberta Midget Hockey League and was 3rd in AMHL scoring with 23 goals and 28 assists for 51 points in 34 games.
