Rebels Make Deal With Pats; Send A Player To Weyburn.
RED DEER, AB – Brent Sutter, General Manager/Head Coach of the Red Deer Rebels Hockey Club, announced today the acquisition of 18-year old defenceman Jared Freadrich (pronounced: FRED-rik) from the Regina Pats in exchange for a 4th round selection in the 2017 Western Hockey League Bantam Draft. Freadrich is in his 2nd year in the WHL, he has played in 61 career WHL games, scoring 5 goals and 16 assists for 21 points.
