Rebels Get Another Martin
RED DEER, AB – Brent Sutter, General Manager/Head Coach of the Red Deer Rebels Hockey Club, announced today the acquisition of 18-year old forward Dawson Martin from the Calgary Hitmen, in exchange for a 6th round selection in the 2017 Western Hockey League Bantam Draft.
Martin is in his second season in the WHL, he has played in 62 career games, scoring 2 goals and 8 assists for 10 points. This season, he’s played in 2 games and has 1 assist. Martin was a 2nd round pick of the Hitmen in the 2013 WHL Bantam Draft.
