HOW IT HAPPENED
Kelowna opened the scoring when Will Sharpe blasted a one-timer that was tipped by Dawson Gerwing past Rebels’ netminder Peyton Shore with 12:14 left in the first period.
From there, the Rebels took over. With the powerplay clicking, they scored on five of nine opportunities on their way to scoring 10-straight goals.
