Goldsmith selected by Coyotes in fourth round of NHL Draft
It was a big day for Terrell Goldsmith in his hockey career, as he heard his name called on Thursday in the NHL Draft. The defenceman was selected in the fourth round, 102nd overall by the Arizona Coyotes.
Goldsmith, a Fort St. James, B.C. product, recently finished his third season with the Raiders in the WHL. In 58 games during the 2023-24 regular season, he registered three goals and added nine assists to go along with 102 penalty minutes.
In 119 total WHL games, the 6’3”, 220 pound d-man has seven goals and eight assists, with 156 penalty minutes. He becomes the first Raider since Nolan Allan (2021) to be selected in the NHL Draft.
