Prince Albert’s Stryker Zablocki to do ceremonial puck drop at Friday’s Raider game
Prince Albert Raiders fans will have a chance to meet a Canadian hockey gold medalist at Friday’s game against the Moose Jaw Warriors. Prince Albert’s own Stryker Zablocki will be at the game for a ceremonial puck drop at center ice, and will also be signing autographs in the second intermission.
“I’m so excited to be back in Prince Albert, and I’m so honoured to be dropping the puck at the Raider game,” Zablocki said. “It’s going to be so special to be back at the Art Hauser Centre in front off all the Raider fans and all of the people who have supported me along my hockey journey.”
Zablocki played a huge role in Team Canada’s gold medal run at the 2025 IIHF U18 Women’s World Championship in Finland in January, leading the entire tournament in goals (8) and points (12). In the final, she scored an empty net goal in the third period to help Canada to a 3-0 shutout win over their rival USA to capture gold.
Prior to that, Zablocki was a part of the bronze medal winning Regina Rebels team at the 2023 Esso Cup, and won a gold medal with the Rebels in the 2024 Esso Cup.
