SETTING IT UP:
The Raiders (3-7-2-0) head to Regina to take on the Pats (5-6-1-0) tonight at the Brandt Centre. Prince Albert is coming off of their first home win of the season, 4-3 over the Seattle Thunderbirds on Friday night at the Art Hauser Centre. The Pats have lost two straight games, most recently a 5-1 loss in Medicine Hat on Saturday.
THE CROCK-POT IS HOT:
A four point night from Niall Crocker on Friday night helped the overage winger jump to the top of the team lead in points (5G-10A-15pts). It was the second time in his WHL career that Crocker had four points in a game (October 6, 2023 @ RD).
ROSTER CHANGES:
Daxon Rudolph and Riley Boychuk are away from the team, as they are in Sarnia, Ontario getting ready for the U17 World Hockey Challenge. Assistant coach Ryan McDonald is also with them in Sarnia. The Raiders acquired 18-year-old defenceman Brandon Osborne from the Calgary Hitmen on Monday for a conditional sixth round pick in 2025. The club also recalled 2009-born defenceman Brock Cripps, who will make his WHL debut tonight.
