Game Day: October 25 vs Seattle
SETTING IT UP:
The Raiders (2-7-2-0) look to pick up their first home win of the season tonight, as they host the Seattle Thunderbirds (5-7-1-0). Prince Albert went 1-4-0-0 on their five game BC road trip, while the T-Birds fell 5-1 last night in Saskatoon. We could be in for a high scoring game tonight, as both teams have given up the most goals in their conferences, the Thunderbirds with 58, and the Raiders with 51.
DUBE DUBE DO:
Brayden Dube had a solid road trip, scoring at least a point in every game. He finished the trip with eight points in five games, sliding into fifth in team scoring with nine points so far this year.
HOME DEBUT:
After being acquired from the Prince George Cougars a couple weeks ago, Vojtech Vochvest will skate at the Art Hauser Centre for the first time in a Raider jersey.
APPROACHING MILESTONES:
Max Hildebrand is playing his 99th WHL game tonight. It’s expected he will play in game #100 of his career on Wednesday night in Regina.
Harrison Lodewyk is two games away from playing 200 in his WHL career. However, he will have to wait before he reaches that milestone, as he will be out for a bit due to an injury he sustained in BC.
