Game Day: October 15 @ Kamloops
SETTING IT UP:
The Raiders (1-5-2-0) saw their losing streak extend to six games after a 7-5 loss in Kelowna yesterday afternoon. They erased two separate three goal deficits, and even took a 5-4 lead in the third period, but a tying goal and two late tallies from the Rockets were devastating for Prince Albert. Tonight, they’ll look to get back in the win column against the Kamloops Blazers (2-5-1-0). Kamloops is on a losing streak of their own, having dropped their last three contests
MACIAS MAKES HIS MARK:
In his season debut, Polish import Krzysztof Macias added some offence for the Raiders. He scored a powerplay goal and added an assist in Kelowna, picking up two points in his return to the lineup after being away at pro camp and serving a two game suspension to start the season.
MULTI POINT GETTERS:
Five different Raiders had two point nights in Kelowna. Brayden Dube, Niall Crocker, Tomas Mrsic, Harrison Lodewyk, and the aforementioned Krzysztof Macias all had a goal and an assist in the loss.
APPROACHING MILESTONES:
Harrison Lodewyk: three games away from 200 career WHL games, and one point away from 50 career points.
Krzysztof Macias: one point away from 50 career points.
