RAIDER REVIEW: The Raiders (4-7-1-1) take on the Saskatoon Blades (9-2-2-0) for the third time in the Subway Hub Centre tonight in the Brandt Centre. On Monday against the Wheat Kings, the Raiders fell 3-2 in a hard-fought contest. Justin Nachbaur had a pair of goals for the Raiders, while Matthew Culling, Michael Horon, Eric Pearce, and Ozzy Wiesblatt each had an assist. Max Paddock made 22 saves in the loss.

DOUBLING DOWN: Justin Nachbaur scored a twice in a game for the sixth time in his WHL career on Monday against the Wheat Kings. He last scored twice in a game on March 5, 2019 against the Swift Current Broncos. The Cross Lake, MB product now has three goals and two assists in the last two games. His two goals on Monday pulled him into a tie for the team lead with Eric Pearce. Both players have scored five goals in the Subway Hub Centre.
125 POINTS: With an assist in Monday’s game against the Brandon Wheat Kings, Ozzy Wiesblatt recorded the 125th point of his WHL career in 141 games. The San Jose Sharks prospect has 40 goals and 85 assists in his career, all of which have come with the Raiders. This season, Wiesblatt leads the Raiders in assists (11) and points (15).
MOE’S MARK: Spencer Moe suited up in his 275th career game on Monday night, all of which have been with the Raiders. In his WHL career, the Calgary, AB product has 44 goals and 124 points. Moe was selected in the second round of the 2015 WHL Bantam Draft by the Raiders. This season, the overager has a goal and three assists in 11 games played in the Subway Hub Centre.
BACK TO BACK: For the first time this season, the Raiders picked up power-play goals in consecutive games after converting against the Broncos and the Wheat Kings. The Raiders now have power-play goals in three of their last four games. Those goals came from Justin Nachbaur, who had two, and Dallyn Peekeekoot.
