Thunderbirds sign third-round selection Grayson Tash
Kent, Wash. – The Seattle Thunderbirds have Grayson Tash to a WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement. Tash was drafted by the T-Birds 64th overall in the 2024 WHL Prospects Draft.
“Grayson was a defenseman we watched very closely during the season, when he was available, it was an easy decision,” said Director of Player Personnel Craig Goebel. “He has many qualities in his game similar to defensemen that have come before him. He has good hockey sense and skating ability; we’re excited to welcome him and his family to the Thunderbirds organization.”
For the 2023-24 season, Tash appeared in 27 regular season games for BWC U15 Prep, recording 3 goals and 31 assists on the blue line. Tash also played in 6 games with BWC Gold U17 Prep, tallying 5 assists.
