RECAP: Pats fall 3-0 in Memorial Cup Final
Regina, Saskatchewan – The Regina Pats fell 3-0 on Sunday night to the Acadie-Bathurst Titan in the final of the 2018 Mastercard Memorial Cup. Adam Holwell opened the scoring in the first for the Titan, his second of the tournament and it was 1-0 after one. The teams skated to a scoreless second period but Acadie-Bathurst extended the lead to 2-0 in the third and added an empty netter for a 3-0 lead and the win. Max Paddock was sensational making 41 saves on 43 shots in the defeat as the Pats were outshot 44-28 in the game.
