Pats to Wear Fan-Designed Jersey on Feb. 28 vs. Saskatoon
Regina, Sask. — The Regina Pats will hit the ice in a one-of-a-kind look on Saturday, February 28, when they host the Saskatoon Blades as part of the #CHLJerseyContest presented by Real Canadian Superstore.
This season’s custom jersey was designed by fan Harlee Polasek, whose winning concept was selected from submissions sent in by fans across Western Canada this past fall. The initiative celebrates creativity and community involvement, giving supporters a chance to see their vision come to life on WHL ice.
Fans may remember that last year’s winning design came from Zachary Wellman, continuing a tradition that showcases the talent and passion of Pats fans throughout the region.
The fan-designed jerseys are being auctioned online starting today (Friday, February 27), with 100% of proceeds supporting President’s Choice Children’s Charity, helping provide nutritious food to children in need with a goal of feeding one million kids each year.
