(A)Purchase on November 29 at 9:00 AM and receive two (2) extra game vouchers redeemable for any 2024-25 regular season home game (6 total) and an extra $10 of Carls Jr. coupons ($20 total). The offer expires November 29 at 11:59 PM.

(Q) How do I redeem my tickets?
(A)For Holiday Pack holders convenience, there are two options to redeem tickets. Holiday Pack holders can call into 780-414-GOAL (4625) and a staff member will manually exchange the vouchers for tickets to any of our 2024-25 regular season home games. These vouchers can also be exchanged by the holder online through their Oil Kings Account Manager. Alternatively, Holiday Pack holders can ask for printed tickets by calling into 780-414-GOAL (4625) or speaking to their sales representative.
(Q) How do I receive my tickets after I purchase?
(A)Holiday Packs will be available on your Oil Kings Account Manager account. Using your email and password, you can login and manage your tickets quickly and easily:
- View your games
- Enter Rogers Place using your mobile ticket
- Forward digital tickets to friends or family at no charge
- Edit your profile
- Change your password
(Q) How do I add extra Holiday Pack vouchers?
(A)Holiday Pack holders can call into 780-414-GOAL (4625) and a staff member will manually add extra vouchers that can be used for any 2024-25 regular season home game. Extra vouchers can be exchanged by the holder online through their Oil Kings Account Manager.
(Q) What games can I use my Holiday Pack vouchers for?
(A)Holiday Pack Holders can use their vouchers in any denomination they wish based on availability for any 2024-25 regular season games.
(Q) What happens if I cannot make a game in which I redeemed my tickets for?
(A)Unfortunately, once tickets are redeemed for a game, we are unable to accommodate exchanges should you not be able to attend the game.
(Q) How do I receive my $10 Carl’s Jr. voucher and gifting?
(A)Holiday Pack holders will receive one (1) $10 Carl’s Jr. Code per pack purchased. The physical voucher and package gifting in the package can be picked up at the sales booth by Section 134 prior to puck drop or during intermission at any Oil Kings game. Please note that only the primary account holder, with government-issued photo ID, will be able to pick up inclusions in the Holiday package.
