Rematch: Canes take on Spokane t
Lethbridge, AB – The Canes will look to turn things around tonight as they play the Spokane Chiefs in the sixth game of their seven game road swing, a rematch of the 2008 WHL Championship. In the last regular season meeting between these two teams (Dec.5/07) the Lethbridge Hurricanes notched a 2-1 win over the Chiefs at the ENMAX Centre in Lethbridge. Zach Boychuk scored the game winner while rookie Cam Braes tallied the other Hurricanes marker. The Hurricanes have an all-time regular season record of 4-9-3-0-0 against the Chiefs in Spokane and a an all-time record against Spokane of 12-15-7-0-0. During the 2007-2008 regular season, Lethbridge notched a 5-0 record against U.S. Division teams. rTeam WHL – Zach Boychuk and Colton Sceviour have both received invites for the 2008 ADT Canada Russia Challenge Nov.26&27 in Swift Current and Prince Albert. For Sceviour it will be his 1st selection while Boychuk will represent Team WHL for the third straight season.
