Tuesday – 5:30 PM the Canes will be visiting Pincher Creek
rLethbridge, AB – ENMAX Energy in partnership with the Lethbridge Hurricanes and the Pincher Creek Minor Hockey Association is pleased to bring “Pond Hockey by ENMAX Energy” to Pincher Creek. The event will kick-off at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 6th at the Memorial Community Centre Arena in Pincher Creek.

rThis grassroots program gives local Atom players (ages 9 to 10) the opportunity to participate in a fun and educational evening of skills, drills, and shinny with players from the Lethbridge Hurricanes. Players that will be onsite at this event will include: Hurricanes Captain Ben Wright, Mitch Versteeg, Drew Hoff, Eric Mestery, Dwight King, Colton Sceviour and Carter Ashton. Canes players will lend their expertise and help lead drills and games with Keith Hitchcock.

rThis season, ENMAX Energy Corporation’s popular children’s hockey program will visit 16 communities throughout Alberta, providing young Alberta hockey players with the opportunity to skate alongside WHL or NHL hockey celebrities.
r“Pond Hockey by ENMAX Energy” continues to play an important role in the development of young hockey players throughout the province and is tangible evidence of the Corporation’s commitment to youth and community pride.
rActivities will include free hot dogs, chips, drinks and autographs! There will also be 50/50 and raffle draws with a chance to win ENMAX Suite Seats for an upcoming Hurricanes game! Everyone is welcome to stay after the event to meet the players.
